Vegan Breakfast Ideas

I don't know about you but I often get bored of the same thing for breakfast every day. How 'bout adding a little spice to your life by switching up what you eat for the most important (and my favorite) meal of the day! Here are some ideas...



Things to keep in mind...
  • Try to eat seasonally and, if you can, locally. Not only will the produce taste better, but it travels less of a distance (thus, being fresher and having a lesser impact on the environment) and supports local farmers.
  • Organic is always best! Eating pesticides isn't much fun and supporting hazardous agricultural practices isn't enjoyable either. 
  • All that in mind, I understand (being a college student and everything) that it isn't always possible to afford to buy organic and/or local. That is okay. Being a conscious consumer is about doing what is in your power to make better choices.
