Vegan Lunch/Dinner Ideas
For me, anyway, lunch and dinner ideas can often be the same thing. Depending on how hungry I am, portion sizes may change but otherwise they tend to stick to something savory and vegetable/starch-based. These tend to be the meals that I sometimes have the hardest time coming up with something to make. Below are some ideas I have accumulated. If some of these suggestions seem too light, there is no shame in added some fruit or veggies to side for extra energy!
